Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Jaipurwaale. This policy explains how we process and deliver your order.

1) Where we ship

  • India: We ship across India via shiprocket.

  • International: Currently not available. For special requests, email [support@jaipurwaale.in].

2) Processing time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatch in 1–2 business days after order confirmation/payment.

  • Made-to-order / customization / resizing: Please allow 5–10 business days (timeline is shown on the product page).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3) Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro / Tier-2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/ODD areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates; delays can occur due to courier routing, weather, strikes, or peak season.

4) Shipping fees

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping on orders ₹[999] and above; ₹[79] for orders below ₹[999].

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled, ₹[49] COD fee applies. COD available for orders up to ₹[15,000] and selected pincodes only. Courier may call for OTP before delivery.

5) Order tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the courier picks up your parcel.

6) Delivery attempts & address issues

  • Couriers usually make up to 2–3 attempts. If undelivered or refused, the parcel returns to us.

  • Reshipment can be arranged; actual reshipping charges may apply.

  • Please provide a complete address and active phone number. We can’t reroute parcels once in transit.

7) Packaging & insurance

  • Every item is shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging.

  • If your package looks opened/damaged, refuse delivery and contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/video.

8) Damages, missing items, wrong product

  • Share unboxing video + photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery at [support@jaipurwaale.in].

  • After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund/store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9) Multiple-item orders

  • We may ship items separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

10) Delays outside our control (force majeure)

  • We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (weather, lockdowns, customs, carrier delays, etc.). We’ll support you with updated tracking and courier coordination.

11) Taxes & duties

  • Domestic (India): Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as shown at checkout.

  • Any local octroi/entry charges (rare) are payable by the customer where applicable.
